There is time to tell your story
The first minutes are for discussing wellbeing, needs and relevant health circumstances.
You do not need specialist vocabulary or a ready treatment plan.
You know the plan before touch begins
I explain the proposed scope, areas of work and approximate rhythm.
If there is something you do not want or you need a gentler approach, we adjust the plan first.
You remain in control throughout
You can ask for a change of pressure, position or a short pause.
Consent at the beginning never means you must continue with every part of the session.
You do not have to decide everything immediately
If you are unsure between treatments, the first conversation helps clarify their differences.
We can begin carefully and make further choices only after you know how the work feels.
You can share feedback after the visit
Some useful observations appear only after you return home.
A short message before the next appointment lets us include them in a new plan.
