Deep relaxation

A personal experience of calm in which the body and attention may slow down.

Everyone rests differently

For one person relaxation means sleepiness, for another an easier breath or less need to move.

There is no required sensation.

The setting can help without forcing anything

Quiet, warmth and predictable touch may support rest.

Finding it difficult to relax does not make the treatment a failure.

Relaxation is not a performance

You may move, have many thoughts or need conversation and still have a valuable session.

The studio should create conditions for rest, not test whether you rest in a particular way.
