The name does not mean setting bones
At Sakura it refers to calm manual techniques, not injury treatment or a replacement for osteopathic or medical care.
It is most useful to understand “Osteocorrection” in the context of wellbeing, safety and the purpose of the visit. The term alone does not decide which technique to use or what response to expect.
The scope should be clear
Before treatment you may ask how a technique will feel.
The client may decline any element.
The name does not mean moving bones
In cosmetic manual care the term describes gentle elements and should not suggest orthopaedic treatment.
Pain, injury or suspected structural problems require appropriate diagnosis.
